What you need to provide:
A. Photos/videos of the damaged item. Please send us the materials to prove the damage.
B. Screenshots of the dispute, which include name, date and content.
C. (Optional) Tracking number of the item.
How to request a refund:

B. Send photos/videos of the damaged product and screenshots of dispute.
Please note that the money will be refunded to the original payment channel – in this stripe or credit card ( Not PayPal) or the money will be refunded to your account balance
Cases that we make refunds:
- damaged product
- Incorrect product
- product with wrong colour, size
- product with a missing component
- Products out of stock
- products unable to ship
- delayed orders
- Missing packages
- When the order cancels before the product is shipped
We will offers a warranty for all products. The warranty period is 30 days from the day of receipt of the product. After 30 days, we don’t support refunds.
Cases that we do not make refunds:
- When the tracking info shows “order delivered”
- If the package is unclaimed
- when the tracking info alert caused by incorrect address, refused package, non existing number, unknown recipient
